Sarileru Neekevvaru is an upcoming 2020 Indian Telugu-language action film written and directed by Anil Ravipudi. Starring Mahesh Babu as Indian Army Major opposite Rashmika Mandanna in the lead roles, the film also features Vijayashanti, Aadhi Pinisetty, Prakash Raj, Pradeep Rawat, Hari Teja, Sachin Khedekar, Rajendra Prasad, Subbaraju, Vennela Kishore, Ajay, and Anasuya Bharadwaj.
The film is scheduled to be theatrically released on 12 January 2020 during the Makar Sankranti festival.

Production
On May 31, 2019, 75th birthday of Krishna, the makers unveiled the title poster. In the poster, next to the title one could see a rifle and an army hat. This led to speculation that Mahesh could be playing an army officer. K Raghavendra Rao gave the first clap. Shyamprasad Reddy and others graced the occasion as guests. This project is going to be produced by Anil Sunkara under AK Entertainments and Dil Raju under Sri Venkateswara Creations along with Mahesh Babu’s GMB Entertainment. The Tamil dubbing rights of the film were bought by Sakthivel Film Factory.
Release
The Official Teaser of the film was released on November 22, 2019. The production team announced that they have planned to release the film on 12 January 2020, coinciding with Sankranthi.
On 15 August 2019. coinciding with the Indian Independence Day, the title song of the film was released as a tribute to the Indian Army.
